Donald A. Mattran, Jr., MBA Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Don Mattran has 40+ years’ experience in the financial services industry, both in operations and in advising high-net-worth individuals in wealth management strategies. Before forming Foundry Wealth Advisors in 2011, he spent 24 years with a large regional bank and its predecessors, most recently as Senior VP and Managing Director of the bank’s Private Wealth Management division. Prior to serving in that role, Don was instrumental in creating and developing the Investment Services division, which became a significant contributor to the overall success of the bank. Today, Don leverages his vast experience to guide Foundry Wealth clients in making the wise financial decisions that will help them achieve their goals. As Foundry Wealth Advisors’ Investment Committee Chair, he oversees portfolio construction and asset allocation strategies. Throughout his career, Don has placed a premium on giving back to his community. He’s chaired committees, served on boards and mentored many area children and young professionals. Don presently serves as Board Chair of Marian House, a transitional and permanent housing program offering support services for homeless women and their children in Baltimore City.
